Massage is a two-way exchange, so prepare to meet your therapist half way.

• Come as relaxed as possible, try not to schedule anything after the session.
• Be prepared to participate in how and when you breath.
• Hydrate before/after your session. Water is essential because a massage flushes toxins from muscles to your lymphatic system, requiring you to drink water to remove these toxins from your body.
• Do not drink alcohol or use illegal drugs prior to your treatment.
• Allow 30 minutes - hour between eating and massage.
• Don't wear contact lenses since they will become dry.
• Remove your jewelry, this may include body piercing as well. Bring an antiseptic with you if you have a naval or other body piercing to sanitize the area before and after your treatment.
